“I am not generally in the habit of writing a review – one way or another. However, this needs to be told. My water issue spread to three floors of my house. My insurance adjuster called SERVPRO to do the mitigation on a Friday afternoon and, much to my surprise, SERVPRO promptly came out over the weekend to take down walls, lift floors, and set up fans and heaters. I was so concerned over mold spreading rapidly, but they were on it! My adjuster and Scott of SERVPRO followed up quickly. Of course, I was told that I could contract the work out myself. Wow, am I glad I didn’t as SERVPRO was so exceptional to work with. Their estimate, I believed to be fair.
